Shipping Process
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Any order made during public holidays, Saturday and Sunday will be processed for delivery on the following working day.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 3-22 Eco Sky, No. 972 Batu 6 1/2, Jalan Ipoh, 68100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. After placing your order and selecting self-pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am – 5pm on Mondays to Fridays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Courier Service
Standard Shipping
We assigned DHL e-commerce as our standard courier service for both Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia. You will be receiving your parcel within 3 – 7 working days.
Same-day delivery
Same-day delivery only applicable to Klang Valley area. Grab delivery or Lalamove will be assigned for same-day delivery. The delivery rate will be charged based on the platform charges.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within estimated delivery time as above of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@mynutchos.com or WhatsApp +603 2714 9343 with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
